Returns, Refund and Cancellation
We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send us an email at irasofthygiene@gmail.com with the details. Attach a picture of the damage. After verifying the damage, we will replace the product in 6 to 8 business days. Please note that replacement request for damaged goods should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel your order, please send an email to irasofthygiene@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24 to 48 business hours. Within next 6 to 8 working days of the confirmation, the money will be refunded as per the payment mode. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.
